No support? Paid upgrades not working.

I sent an email to payment@whr.ai 10 days ago and got no reply, and there's no contact or support email listed anywhere else. Our paid upgrade does not seem to be working because it says "You have reached the maximum limit to view data. Please Upgrade." even though we're on the Scale plan.
